I appreciate the level of detail 3PG analyzes – I have used several other consultants in the past, and their presence just created more work for me. Our relationship with 3PG is more of a partnership. Together we are able to examine our company’s strengths and weaknesses, and then rally the team to execute a strategic plan. I appreciate the level of detail 3PG analyzes including cash flow, risk management, access to capital, profit requirements, costs and process.
